French AutoMoto.fr has revealed that Lamborghini has given the green light to a limited series production of the Sesto Elemento concept, presented at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The estimated price is 2.5 million Euros.
According to the source, the carmaker will build the Sesto Elemento in a limited run of up to 10 cars.
Presented as a show car at the last Paris Show, the Sesto Elemento (Sixth Element in Italian) is powered by a 5.2 liter V10 engine with 570hp and thanks to the extensive use of carbon fiber has a total weight of just 999 kg.The extreme performances include a 0-100 km/h time of 2.5 seconds.
